"Dans la maison de Márcia qui surplombe la plage de Cluny, nous y avons passé deux semaines magnifiques.

Tout est conforme aux descriptions et aux photos de l’annonce ; peut-être même mieux. Au calme, pas de voisinage immédiat et une plage paradisiaque (mais réputée dangereuse pas gros temps) à moins de 3 minutes de la maison. Merci Márcia pour l’accueil et les réponses à nos questions et besoins."

"The house was almost too big for the four of us. The description and location are accurate; the house is well maintained. The view from the kitchen is exactly as in the pictures. The owner was very responsive and went out of its way to make us feel comfortable.."

"Great place to stay, but keep in mind that you are further from the typical tourist corridor and so having a car is helpful. Quiet and comfortable - this was a perfect place to spend a month for the first time in St. Martin. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! On-site restaurant is nice (next to pool) and good service. Would definitely stay again! "

"Marcia is an excellent hostess. She is right on top of things. The place looks just like in the pic.. even better.

The neighbourhood is calm, nice and a safe area.

"Beautiful apartment, we stayed there with 4 persons and there was room enough. Airco, washing machine and WiFi was all there. Great interior and Marcia is a great host. Highly recommended place to stay in the French side of St. Martin which is to be preferred over the Dutch side. "

"Apartamento maravilhoso, tudo funciona perfeitamente , ficamos pouco no apartamento pq fizemos muitos passeios , quando chegávamos estava tudo maravilho , limpinho , funcionários educados , ótima localização , anfitriã maravilhosa , desde quando escolhi o lugar antes da viajem no caso , mandava mensagem com dúvidas é sempre com muita educação ela me respondia enfim , super indico."

"The photographs on the listing do not do Justice to the place. The view from the house Far more beautiful than you can imagine. It is Absolutely Gorgeous. The house is beautifully done up. All the Appliances and furniture are excellent. There is a gas station and convenience just outside the complex to the left as you get out and a bakery to the right. Everything you need to start up is right at your doorstep. your are 10 minutes from Marigot on one side and Cupecoy on the other. The only issue we faced was water cuts after Christmas, but that was across the entire French side of the island from what we heard from other folks who also lived on the French side so just be aware and store water in case of it.."

"Fabulous place !

It is so functionally designed that we felt like we (family of 3) had a TON of space to spread out: bedroom upstairs, bedroom downstairs, 2 showers and washrooms (definitely helps with family traffic when in its peak LOL). The loft is beautifully decorated, lovely views of lagoon and sunsets. On arrival, fruit and M&Ms basket was such a nice touch! Easy check in and check out. Communication with Marcia was easy and prompt: immediately after booking I received all the required info and instructions via (Hidden by Airbnb) . Everything you need is in the kitchen: spice rack filled with anything you need for cooking, cleaning supplies, good quality dishes, glasses and cookware, utensils, washing machine. Both shower rooms are gorgeous and spacious, great fluffy towels."
